Registered agent
Every US LLC or corporation needs a registered agent — a person or company with a physical address in the state of formation who can receive legal notices and state mail on the company's behalf. If you don't have someone in that state, the state won't let you form or keep the company in good standing.
We act as registered agent for $125 a year. That includes a real street address in your state of formation, same-day scanning of anything that arrives, and a heads-up email the moment something time-sensitive shows up — a lawsuit notice, a state compliance letter, or a renewal reminder you can't afford to miss.
This is included free for the first year if you form your company through us, and renews at $125 a year after that. If you're switching from another registered agent, tell us your current one and we'll handle the change of agent filing with the state.
