Refund Policy

All purchases are final. The only refund ABS promises is when ABS is unable to deliver the purchased service. Any other refund, credit, or accommodation is discretionary.

All purchases are final

All purchases are final except as expressly stated in this policy. Review the service item, state, entity information, deadline, and records you must provide before paying. ABS does not provide routine refunds after service starts, an order is scheduled, or records are reviewed.

Only promised refund when ABS cannot deliver

If ABS is unable to deliver the purchased service, ABS will refund the ABS service fee for the service that cannot be delivered. Unable to deliver does not include incorrect client information, client delay, a change of mind, government rejection, government-system delay, third-party rejection, failure to sign or authorize, or failure to provide required records.

Discretionary refunds or credits

Apart from the promised exception above, any refund, partial refund, account credit, service substitution, or goodwill accommodation is at ABS's sole discretion. A past refund, credit, or exception does not create an obligation for future orders and does not amend this policy.

Government fees and third-party costs are non-refundable

State filing fees, IRS or state taxes, penalties, government-system charges, registered-agent charges, expedited fees, mailing fees, platform fees, bank fees, and third-party service fees are non-refundable once paid to the receiving party. Even if ABS agrees to refund its own service fee, already-paid government fees and third-party costs remain non-refundable.

Duplicate charge correction

If the same order is charged twice, charged in an obviously incorrect amount, or affected by a payment-processing error, ABS will correct the error after verification and refund or reverse the duplicated amount. Provide the order number, payment date, payment email, and receipt record so ABS can reconcile the charge.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit statutory rights that apply by law and cannot be waived by contract. If a mandatory legal rule applies to a specific order, ABS will handle that order under the required rule.
