Annual report
Most states require an annual or biennial report to keep your LLC or corporation active — miss it, and the state can mark your company as not in good standing, or eventually dissolve it. The due date, the fee, and even the name of the filing (annual report, annual renewal, franchise tax report) differ by state.
We track your specific state's deadline, prepare the filing, and submit it for you for $100 plus whatever fee your state charges. If you're already our registered agent client, we'll email you before the deadline so there are no surprises.
If your company has fallen out of good standing because a report was missed before you found us, tell us when you order — reinstatement sometimes needs an extra step, and we'll scope that honestly before you pay.
