Corporate secretary
The formation approval is only the beginning of a company's record book. Later member or director decisions, ownership changes, address updates, and management changes should form a continuous record that can be followed when a bank, accountant, buyer, or adviser asks questions.
We can organize the existing company file, assist with routine resolutions and change records, and maintain reminders for agreed company actions. When the records are incomplete, we first inventory what exists and then identify missing or inconsistent items.
Corporate secretary support is different from registered-agent service and does not replace legal advice. Complex transactions, disputes, and documents requiring a legal opinion are referred to appropriate counsel.
